Problem With The Perk Purchase

Hello guys ! Yestarday I purchase sharpshoter perk and then I recieve email with containt this :

В поле Steam ID неправильно оформлен Steam ID.

There is an incorrect personal Steam ID in the field Steam ID .

 

Ответьте на это письмо указав свой персональный Steam ID.

Please reply to this letter stating your personal Steam ID

 

 

So what ? I waste my money and didn't recieve perk.. I changed steam ID like that http://steamcommunity.com/id/61198066711205.Today I again purchase perk..but in Steam ID I put the Personal Id from Killing floor 76561198066711205.But in the link of my steam the ID is "61198066711205". So now again I will not recieve my perk ?I threw 3 euros on nothing.Please do somethings,I also the skype of the server but no answear...
