Perk Insurance

Hello guys, I apologize for being so ignorant of how the servers work and always needing help. Anyways, I have a few server friends who told me that they have their perks insured, and that any perk leveled to 15 or greater is eligible for free insurance in case of accidental data loss. I would like to apply for this insurance, even if it is only in my perk of choice "demo". I am level 61 in it, and would hate to lose my progress. I have been told to add renz on skype and I believe that I have found him under the account "support zombiemaniya". His profile picture is a 1920's looking couple with the man holding a newspaper. I messaged him about insurance three days ago and have heard nothing. Am I messaging the right person? Please, anyone who knows how to handle this insurance setup please direct me to the easiest way to accomplish it. Thanks :)
