Wrong item received

I have ordered damaged x2 but i have received experience x2 instead ( Order №000962 from Sunday, 21 October 2018 03:43 ). i did not mind at first but it seems experience x2 is not working properly, so can i have the damage x2 i ordered before instead? Thanks.

i have just started playing just now and it seems that experience x2 is finally working well. Thanks to admin.

It seems with all the changes going on in maps, perks etc., the effect of experience x2 is also changing. For now experience x2 is not working for firebug and Hunter but is working well with Support. For other perks like sharp shooter it goes on and off (Am not using it often). It is probably best for now to away from experience booster for now. :(
