You need to have your Old Personal ID and New Personal ID, and tell them to Renz in private messages.

You will need your old ID# and your new ID#, also your user name and password and skype to Renz  with address     (maps4game-support)

Because of a bug in the system or a change in your internet address, or change in your operating system, etc your computer will be detected as some other new user and you will be given a new ID where you will have to start all of your perk a level 0. In short all your accomplished perk level are stored in your user ID. Just copy this and save for your future reference if ever your in the same pickle ( You will need your old ID# and your new ID#, also your user name and password and skype to Renz  with address     (maps4game-support) )
