I have no answer, they should detail well about the Van Helsin crossbow,

Donat's estimated activation time.
When I chose the crossbow for 2 weeks

(I had won an event), it was a total waste

of time and I didn't get a single head shot.
Before buying Stalker and I had a delay of almost

a month after repeated messages.

Sorry to hear that but there was a discussion here previously and the admin mentioned that the VanHelsing CB (VHCB) was for hunter perk although the donate page said it was supposedly for sharp shooter but this was an error that is why there is no headshot recorded in your sharpshooter. Try using it on hunter and you will see what i mean. Good luck. :})
