Did not receive all exp I purchased

I had a problem with order №001213

 

This is my order receipt:

I bought 24 pcs of sharpshooter exp, but I did not receive all of the exp. I wanted to get level 50 sharpshooter, so I bought 72,000 headshots (24pcs X 3000 headshots = 72,000)  to reach level 50. Did I make a mistake? Maybe I did not calculate correctly. If 72,000 headshots is correct, can you please add all of them? I only got to level 25 after the original order. Thank you so much for help!!
